Zumba This fitness class is Latin-dance inspired. The fun movements help in calorie burning and weight loss. It features fast and slow rhythms which, when combined, successfully tone and sculpt the body while burning fat - but most of all it is FUN!!

Ballet is based on techniques that have been developed over centuries. It uses music and dance to tell stories. Develop the traditional techniques of ballet at your own pace.

Tap is an exciting form of dance in which dancers wear special shoes equipped with metal taps. Tap dancers use their feet like drums to create rhythmic patterns and timely beats.

 

Classes are open to all - no matter if you're a beginner or want to resume your interest from previous dance classes. Price for one class is $ 15 on a walk-in base or $ 130 for a 10-time class card.
