Adult Tap:
Tap Shoes Required

A fun way to develop co-ordination, balanced posture, rhythm, style, and exercise to music. This tap class is open to all: whether you've never tapped before or perhaps want to resume your interest from dance classes as a child. Develop the basic techniques of tap at your own pace and perform step combinations with variations to match your level.

Adult Jazz:
No Shoes Required

This Modern Jazz class will get you moving to popular songs (new and retro) while also providing an opportunity to build strength, flexibility and co-ordination. This open class will cover basics of technique and include an energetic in-class workout choreographed to suit participants each session.

ZUMBA^®:
Flat sole shoes required

The ZUMBA^® fitness program is a Fitness-Party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout. It helps melt pounds and inches off. It provides long-term fitness benefits through exhilarating, high calorie burning fitness classes and its simple Latin and international dance moves increase the fun factor. The routines feature fast and slow rhythms which, when combined, successfully tone and sculpt the body while burning fat but most of all it is FUN!!
